| Elite Four Champion (Part 3)Thu, 08 Jan 2009 15:24:26 -0800 by MarrilandWell, this is it, the final fight in the main storyline of Pokemon Diamond. It's against the Pokemon League Champion, someone who may look a bit familiar to you. This is the final part of the videos showing the fight, since it's pretty long and my Pokemon aren't at a very high level, so I actually have to use some strategy.It's recommended that your Pokemon are at least level 55 before taking on the Champion, though you'll do even better at higher levels. Use of Dialga, Palkia, Azelf, or Uxie is recommended, since they do a very good job at cleaning up their opponents.Remember to use X items to help raise your Speed to outspeed her Pokemon! X Defend and X Sp. Def help to soften the blows her Pokemon deliver, but only if they aren't doing 60% or more damage already. Don't use X items if her attacks are that strong to you. And don't be stingy with your Hyper Potions, Full Restores, and pretty much whatever items you've got!And don't whine that my Pokemon are "noobish" and at "too low of a level" or that "I'm not owning her like you did." This is just a fun series, and you've seen pretty much every single minute of it recorded. I didn't spend hours grinding when it wasn't being recorded. Besides, what's more fun: seeing a video of someone annihilating the E4 with Dialga, Azelf, etc., or seeing a video of someone trying to offer creative strategies for lower level Pokemon? I'll take the latter. A lot of people try to take on the Elite Four at a lower level or with more creative teams, so being able to teach a decent strategy can be a big help. (:...And that's it, everyone! Marriland's Pokemon Diamond Adventure is complete! I'm sure I'll record some of the extra stuff in the game, so don't worry. It was a lot of fun and I hope you enjoyed following the entertaining - and hopefully somewhat educational - series.
