Maxie Asks Sam to talk to Jason about the situation.Spinelli meets Winifred at the docks. Winifred thinks Spinelli doesn't want to be her friend anymore. Spinelli corrects her and tells her that he DOES want to be friends, but thats all he wants to be since his heart belongs to someone else.Maxie calls Spinelli and asks him to come over.Spinelli shows up at the apartment and Maxie tells him she needs him and the two of them kiss!Then Spinelli and Maxie go to her room and make love!!!But, meanwhile Agent Rayner and Winifred talk on the docks saying they have enough evidence against Spinelli to lock him up for life, but Winifred tries to tell him that she doesn't think he's a threat to national security and doesn't deserve to be locked up.Agent Rayner points out that he is only a means to an end to bring down Sonny Corinthos.
