Yeah i know i am only 21, but i guess everyone just gets to the point where they just had enough, "And i just had enough". If you just had enough, then say it! Mean it! Why struggle? Why worry? With just a little push you can get there, and that i can promise you. You are as strong as you want to be, and can't no one tell you otherwise, because no one knows your strength but you. I just want to leave you with one of my favorite quotes (heck, write it down and put it on your wall, use it!): "When you look in the mirror and you don't like what you see, you have two choices accept who you are or do something about it." And best of luck!............... .................... ..................My Weight had gone up to 180..the now i am at 158....Some people have to gain a lot of more weight to have health complications, i was just one of those unlucky ones i got sick quick, the doctor told me that i was so close to diabetes.
