(I mean I've had gym memberships a total of probably 2 years since I've been here for the past 10 years. So it's not like I'm just doing weights all the time). Also I've never used any drugs of any kind and highly recommend you do the same. For many years I suffered some ill health effects from just bad nutrition which is common these days. I got on a solid supplement and seldom get sick anymore which allows the body to build more consistently of course. But also gives it the nutrients needed to do what God designed it to do.
