Former EPA head Carol Browner will run a newly created White House council to oversee environmental issues. And Los Angeles Deputy Mayor Nancy Sutley will head the White House Council on Environmental Quality. I will show you how, with these 3 simple steps! 1. Offers. Offers are basically surveys, but you get paid to take them! The average you get paid to take them is 1 point (1 point=1 dollar)! The average time to take a survey is about 5 minutes. That's 12 points per hour! Lets not forget, this is all done on a computer! If you have the right tools (Roboform, Cookie Cleaner, etc), you could get a survey done in less than 2 minutes, making your profit 30 points an hour!
